How long will it take to receive my order after ordering?
If you are ordering from the UK, you can expect your order in 3-5 working days

Returns & Refunds
Can I cancel my order?
We work fast to dispatch your order, so it is with you as quick as possible, so we are not able to cancel your order, but it is possible to return to us, after your item is received
How will I get a refund?
Once order is returned, a refund will be given up to three days after we have received the order.
Your Processes
What materials do you use to create your pieces?
Stoneware – created using stoneware clay is this has resilient properties and different colour varieties of stoneware glaze.
Paintings – for our paintings we use a variety of different non-toxic paints depending on the piece, and paper or a canvas depending on the piece.
Sustainability
Do you use recycled materials?
For our pieces we use recycled materials, when we can, and non-toxic paints, and packaging of deliveries is all 100% recyclable.
